Our May main film will be A United Kingdom...

In 1947, Seretse Khama, the King of Botswana, met Ruth Williams, a London office worker. They were a perfect match, yet their proposed marriage was challenged not only by their families but by the British and South African governments and sparked international divisions.

'Great performances from both actors sell the romance and the struggle. This is an inspiring true story that really deserves to be retold.' Andy Lea, Daily Star

'An astonishing story, well told.' Paul Byrnes, Sydney Morning Herald

Tickets cost £4 for adults and £2 for under 18s, and are available online now or in advance from Watts Trading or on the door if not already sold out.
