Playwright Alan Bennett forms an unexpected bond with Miss Shepherd (Maggie Smith), a woman of uncertain origins who “temporarily” parked her van in Bennett’s London driveway and proceeded to live there for 15 years.

'the Lady In the Van is some of Alan Bennett's best writing accompanied by excellent performances from Maggie Smith and Alex Jennings.' NerdConsultant

'A delicately written, boisterously performed movie about the difficult people who dare us to care about them.' Rebecca Keegan, Lost Angeles Times

Tickets cost £4 for adults and £2 for under 18s, and are available online now or in advance from Watts Trading or on the door if not already sold out.
